This full moon eclipse is all about your soul’s calling and the evolutionary path to your hidden gifts, talents and wisdom. It’s asking us to continue to shed the old–parts of ourselves, our relationships, or even our careers–and to discover your passion, your purpose…to what really lights you up! If your shadow side, ie. inner critic is talking VERY LOUDLY right now, it’s because you’re being asked to live from the heart and to be real with your feelings. The inner critic has your highest and best in mind, even though it may not feel like it!

There is a spiritual power to your inner critic and she can unravel ENORMOUS potential and gifts, if you so choose.

But you must know how to approach this larger than life energy and not drown in all the fierce self judgment and negative talk, and instead see her as an ally to your soul’s evolution and growth.

This is what cyclical living is all about.

It’s about embodying deep soul expression and divine truth through the life death life cycle we are initiated into each month.

I have personally done so much shadow work, and the truth is, it doesn’t ever really end

She is there for a reason, and because I have chosen to honor her I can fully be present through the intensity, the darkness and the pain

And emerge into more love and reverence for myself, the collective, and the divine feminine.
