Join in this sacred sisterhood circle to reclaim feminine wisdom, magic, power and love. Each month we will explore the depths of our inner knowing through movement, meditation, and circle shares.

What to expect: We will explore wisdom through body movement to help release tension and to soften into ourselves, creating a safe container together.

Then we will move into a specific meditation as we go deeper into the hidden layers of our being, and rediscover lost parts of ourselves so that we can have more access to our truest potential.

We will end with a circle share to help process the information we received to help settle back into our everyday world. 

This workshop can last anywhere between 2.5 - 3 hours depending on how the energy unfolds.

Please wear comfy clothes, bring a journal, crystals, essential oils, and anything you’d like to place on the community altar.

August’s theme: Ovaries. We will connect to our inner masculine and inner feminine through the energetics of our ovaries. They represent the creative fire within us and are an enormous resource of life force energy.
