Join in this sacred sisterhood circle to reclaim feminine wisdom, magic, power and love. Each month we will explore the depths of our inner knowing through movement, meditation, and circle shares.

What to expect:

We will begin with Qi Gong for reproductive health to open up the channels of the body and bring Qi to our reproductive organs.

Then through free flow we will embody the Goddess and dive into our physical capacity to bring our inner Goddess to light. Our body is a divination vessel, we can find clarity through movement and intention. This is a powerful practice of trust, channeling, and surrender. Please know what day you are in for your blood or lunar cycle. Let’s play!

This workshop can last anywhere between 2.5 - 3 hours depending on how the energy unfolds.

Please wear comfy clothes, bring a journal, crystals, essential oils, and anything you’d like to place on the community altar.

We will end with a circle share and crystal bowl sound bath :)
