Each participant will receive generous doses of energy healing throughout the sound journey. The practitioner may use light touch or a hovering of hands. If you preferred not to be touched please see the check in desk for a mat marker.

Yoga mat, blanket, cushions, pillows. We recommend dressing in layers for comfort. Sorry no rentals will be provided.
